STEP ONE: DESIGN CONSULTATION


Regardless of budget we are here to create outstanding designs for your kitchen, bathroom or laundry. Luna Joinery prides itself on providing design solutions that benefit you and the way you utilise your space through our thorough consultations.

Whether an on-site meeting is required or just a one-on-one meeting to spark your creativity, our design process begins with a one-hour consultation with our fully qualified design team.

Our consultation runs through assessing the scope of the space, whilst providing advice on layout, colours and finishes. We will run through your budget and any constraints that may arise, before answering all your queries regarding product or materials. We provide advice on how to best utilize your space while enhancing the overall design.

We want to ensure that we nail your initial consultation and get the most out of your time so we can bring your design together without all the back and forth. We encourage you to bring along any inspirational images, Pinterest boards or idea inspiration so we can work together to achieve the look and feel you are after for your space.

STEP TWO: DESIGN AND QUOTATION


Your design is established and ready to go. The next step is finalising your design concept with our design team in accordance with your brief and budget.

Customer satisfaction comes first for Luna Joinery, therefore we invite you back to showcase our initial visual presentation and walk you through the plan in detail. This is your time to make any alterations based on what is provided before finalising your choice of materials and finishes.

We do require a deposit once we have completed the final design review so we can commence work on your project as soon as possible (this includes detailed drawings and finalised concepts and finishes).

STEP THREE: FINAL SITE MEASURE


We will visit the site for your design to conduct a final measure, ensuring that every element is accounted for in the manufacturing process, down to the final millimeter.  

Once you have given the all clear on the final drawing we will begin manufacturing your project(s).

STEP FOUR: INSTALLATION


Installation...what you’ve been waiting for! Our team will arrive on site and install your design. The remainder of your balance will be required upon delivery. To ensure the highest standards of delivery are maintained we require our site manager to be in attendance and a quality inspection will be conducted in handover and then we are complete!

From here on out, your carefully crafted design is all yours to enjoy, knowing that from initial planning to installation that your design has been specified to your needs and aesthetics.
